United States Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on all US orders over $150
• Standard Shipping (orders under $150): $15 flat rate
• Express Shipping: $35 (2-3 business days)
• Next-Day Shipping: $55 (order by 12 PM EST)

Delivery times: 5-7 business days for standard shipping, calculated from the date your order ships from our Dubai facility.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

• Europe: 7-10 business days — Starting at $25
• Canada: 7-10 business days — Starting at $20
• Middle East & GCC: 3-5 business days — Starting at $15
• Asia-Pacific: 10-14 business days — Starting at $30
• Rest of World: 10-21 business days — Starting at $35

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact our customer service team.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:
